Honda Forza 125 generations explained (2015–2025): which parts fit yours?
The Forza 125 is one of the most common scooters we supply parts for, and it's also one of the most common sources of returned orders. The reason is simple: Honda has revised the Forza 125 several times since it launched, and at a glance the versions look fairly similar. A front mudguard or mirror that fits a 2016 bike will often not fit a 2019 one, and almost nothing bolts straight across from the pre-2021 bikes to the later ones. Buyers search for "Forza 125 panel", find a part that looks right in the photo, and only discover the mounting points are different when it arrives.

The quick year guide
2015–2017 (original model). The first Forza 125 arrived in 2015 with LED lighting and Honda's Smart Key system. These early bikes have their own bodywork, screen and light units, and parts for them are getting harder to find new, which is exactly why we keep a dedicated section for them. 2018–2020 (facelift, Euro 4). For 2018 Honda gave the Forza 125 a facelift alongside the move to Euro 4, with revised front bodywork and, depending on year and market, an electrically adjustable screen. It's clearly the same family as the earlier bike, but the front panels, screen and several trim pieces changed, so don't assume 2015–2017 parts will fit. 2021–2022 (major redesign, Euro 5). The 2021 model is effectively a new scooter: Euro 5 engine, new frame and bodywork, and a longer adjustable screen. Very little from the earlier generations carries over, so treat 2021-on as a clean break. If your bike was first registered in 2021 or 2022, use this section: Honda Forza 125 2021–2022 parts.
2023 onwards (updated styling and screen). For 2023 Honda updated the styling and screen again. Mechanically it's closely related to the 2021–2022 bike and some parts do interchange, but bodywork and screen parts are generally specific to the update, so we list them separately: Honda Forza 125 2023-on parts.
How to identify your Forza 125
The most reliable starting point is your V5C (log book) — the date of first registration will normally put you in the right group above. Be slightly careful around changeover years: a bike registered early in 2018 or 2021 could in theory be old stock of the previous model, depending on when it was actually built.
If you want to be certain, check the VIN (stamped on the frame and shown on the V5C) or take the part number off the component you're replacing — most Honda part numbers are printed or moulded onto the part itself.
