Delivery Information

All orders are picked and dispatched from our UK warehouse.

How and when we take payment

We authorise your card when you place the order, then take the payment once your parts have been picked and confirmed in stock — usually within one working day. Until then you will see a pending authorisation on your statement rather than a completed charge. If anything turns out to be short, we tell you straight away and you are not charged for it, so there is nothing to refund and no waiting for money to come back.

We also accept bank transfer. Choose it at checkout and we will confirm the details with you — it is the option most of our trade accounts use, because there are no card fees on it. Parts are dispatched once a transfer clears.

UK delivery

Delivery options and exact costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the parts — small parts travel by tracked post, larger items and complete panel sets by courier. Standard tracked delivery is £4.99 and free on orders over £150. Oversized items (complete body panel kits and fairing sets) ship by courier at £14.99 — free on orders over £300 — because a boxed panel set is a genuinely big parcel. Orders are dispatched once confirmed in stock and usually arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch. We do not offer an express or next-day service at the moment.

Europe (EU, Switzerland, Norway)

We ship to every EU country plus Switzerland and Norway from the UK. Rates are by parcel weight and are shown at checkout: from £7.99 for small parts (up to 0.5 kg), £12.99 up to 2 kg, £19.99 up to 5 kg, £29.99 up to 10 kg, £44.99 up to 20 kg, £59.99 up to 30 kg; complete panel sets and other oversized items £39.99. Tracked services take 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Customs, duty and VAT — please read before ordering from the EU. Because the goods leave the UK, your parcel clears customs in your country and is delivered duties unpaid (DAP): the courier or postal service will ask you to pay import VAT at your country's rate (for example 19% in Germany, 20% in France, 21% in Spain/NL, 22% in Italy), any customs duty (most scooter parts 3.7–4.5%; from 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat €3 duty per item on parcels under €150) and the courier's clearance fee (typically €5–€15) before delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are not refundable by us if you refuse the parcel. Trade customers with an EU VAT number can reclaim the import VAT.

Rest of the world

Tracked shipping to other countries is shown at checkout by weight (from £14.99 up to 1 kg). Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Special-order items

Parts marked "Special Order" or "To order" are sourced to order and typically ship within 7–15 working days — the lead time is shown on the listing and in your order confirmation.
