Terms of service
These terms apply to all purchases from MotoPa (motopa.com). MotoPa is a trading name of MOTOPA LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17396753, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
1. Our products
Most of our parts are quality aftermarket, and every listing is clearly marked with its quality status. MotoPa-brand aftermarket parts: all body panels, panel sets, fairings and covers sold under the MotoPa name are quality aftermarket parts manufactured for MotoPa — they are not produced by the original vehicle manufacturers. Genuine parts: items described as "Genuine" (for example genuine Honda or Yamaha engine parts) are original parts produced by or for the vehicle manufacturer and, where applicable, carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Verified aftermarket parts: other parts are sourced from a range of international manufacturers and checked by us against original specifications before sale.
2. Trademarks and fitment references
Manufacturer names, model names and OEM part numbers (including Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Piaggio, Vespa, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroën and Maxus) are used solely to identify the vehicles our parts are compatible with. Their use does not imply a part is a genuine part of that manufacturer unless expressly stated, and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Fitment responsibility
Every listing shows the models, generations and years the part fits. The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering; our free fitment-check service exists for this. Parts ordered against our written fitment confirmation that then do not fit are returnable at our cost.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we email dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error.
5. Delivery
Options and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery; title on full payment. Special-order items typically ship within 7–14 days, stated on the listing.
6. Warranty and liability
All parts are warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship. Professional fitting is recommended; we are not liable for fitting or removal costs or loss from incorrect installation. Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
