When you order or contact us we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details. When you browse, our platform collects device and usage information (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide fitment help and customer service, handle returns, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations (tax and accounting), and — only with your consent — send marketing emails such as new-stock alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers only, and only as needed to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers, delivery couriers, and analytics/advertising services (such as Google and TikTok, where enabled). We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe; other data no longer than necessary.
