Shipping policy

All orders are picked and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Delivery options and exact costs are shown at checkout and depend on size and weight — small parts by tracked post, larger items and complete panel sets by courier. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

You receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Parts marked "Special Order" are sourced to order and typically ship within 7–14 days; the lead time is shown on the listing and in your order confirmation.

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, email dan@motopa.com with your order number and we will resolve it quickly — see our Return and refund policy for damaged-item handling.
