We want every part to fit first time — and if it doesn't, returns are simple.

30-day returns

You may return any stocked item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unfitted, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, email dan@motopa.com with your order number — we confirm the return address and next steps within one working day.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong part?

Return it within 30 days as above; return postage for change-of-mind or wrong-part returns is paid by the customer. To avoid this, use our free fitment check before you buy — send your registration or frame code and we confirm compatibility in writing.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies to all items including special-order parts.

Exclusions

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on: electrical parts and sensors once fitted or connected; items fitted, painted, drilled or modified; special-order items (returnable only if faulty or not as described). Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days, usually sooner.

Packaging

Please pack returns securely and keep your postage receipt and tracking number.
